Whoever post-processes survey data knows how difficult the consistent coding of some variables may be. For surveys not (yet) using our questionnaire module, the underlying databases will be a rich resource supporting more consistency in ex-post coding of e.g. occupations, industries or educational qualifications, and that across countries!
If you find open responses in your survey data concerning the variables covered in our module, for example respondents mentioning ‘other’ educational qualifications than those covered by the response list used by your survey, you can search for them in our databases, and retrieve the respective standard classification codes.
Go to availability, or check the ‘live search’ feature for each variable.
